La Sexta Espada
With Aizen's forces winning, Grimmjow had no doubt of the result--no matter how tough Kurosaki thought he was. There would always be someone stronger. This philosophy in mind, the Sexta Espada vowed then that he would someday have his own world in turn; a realm that he could call his own where he would be the ruler. And of course, to bring about such a goal, he needed to keep his "friends" close; whilst his "enemies" even closer.
For the next two years, he followed closely behind the new King, keeping his thoughts to himself while slaughtering anyone who dared to defy the order. He still couldn't stand the shinigami but learned to coexist with them, as he went through a rigorous training for the day when he would step out and take the world by storm.
